Contaminated blood: the Court of Cassation confirms the decision of the Court of Appeal

The Court of Cassation confirmed today, Wednesday, June 22, the judgment of the Court of Appeals of Paris of July 13, 1993 condemning the doctors Michel Garretta and Jean-Pierre Allain for the offence of deception. Last week, Advocate General Perfetti requested that this judgment be set aside and that the facts be re-qualified as a crime.
