Transmission de l'entreprise Pinault à ses enfants

The Breton industrialist François PINAULT decided to pass on his group to his three children, Laurence, Dominique and Pierre-Henri equally. He negotiated this succession with the Minister of Finance before he was 65 years old in order to have fewer expenses. His son François-Henri has more and more responsibility within the group. This donation sharing allows François PINAULT to eliminate the suspicion of tax evasion.
