Excerpt from speech by Jean-Luc MELENCHON, candidate of France Insoumise in the presidential election. During a rally of his supporters in Paris, he declared himself in favour of the inclusion of abortion in the Constitution: "It is therefore time to enshrine in the Constitution the right to abortion, because the body of every woman belongs to him absolutely and exclusively".
