New in the matter of meals in the canteen of a school in Saint Rémy de Provence: the children in collaboration with the chef of the canteen Dominique VALADIER prepare the menus during a commission. The menus are decided with a Trivial Pursuit style game per team of two. The winners thus have the choice between three menu dishes.
