Nuclear testing: Veteran victims of irradiation

A report on the steps taken by 150 veterans to call for a law recognising a link between certain types of cancer and their participation in the nuclear tests carried out by France. An introduction to archival images and interviews with Roland WEIL, veteran of nuclear tests in the Sahara, who describes the weak security measures used to protect soldiers and Abraham BEHAR, biophysician, radiobiologist, School of Medicine of Paris, explaining that the military law does not integrate the notion of presumption of origin, thus preventing any compensation of exposed soldiers.
