Wateringues region: inauguration of a pumping station
The area of wateringues gained on the sea is located between Dunkirk, Calais and Saint-Omer, and includes floodplain agricultural land. The drainage works have been managed since 1978 by an interdepartmental institution Nord Pas-de-Calais. Example of the new Mardyck pumping station.
