Anniversary of the law of July 1, 1901: In 100 years, hundreds of thousands of associations have been created thanks to this law. A century of associative life that saw the birth and death of structures with multiple origins affecting almost all sectors of social, economic, sporting and cultural life. Today, there are nearly 800,000 in France, in all disciplines combined. Niort would even be the historic capital of the first French association. Meeting with one of them, specialized in the reintegration of the long term unemployed.
