The law of 1901 celebrates its 100 years

The 1091 law on associations will be a hundred years old next year. Its rapporteur, Georges TROUILLOT, was a member of the Jura. In a century, an estimated 18,000 associations have emerged in the Doubs department alone. Associations that do not seem ready to give up their status: example of the Bisontin Nautical Sport and the Taxis Radios of Besançon. For 30 years, the standard of the 44 artisans taxis in Besançon has been managed by a 1901 type association. But for two years, associations that make profits are taxable.
