Jacques Cardoze s'entretient avec Clothilde Baudouin, porte-parole de l'association "Notre affaire à tous" qui lutte pour la justice climatique à travers les outils du droit. Elle parle du procès de "L'Affaire du siècle", qui a débuté en 2018, et dans lequel, avec trois autres associations, "Notre affaire à tous" met en cause la responsabilité de l'Etat français dans le changement climatique. Ces quatre ONG demandent à l'Etat d'en faire plus pour respecter les engagements de l'Accord de Paris, et faire réduire les émissions des gaz à effet de serre.
