La plainte d'un lavandiculteur pour inaction climatique bientôt examinée par la cour européenne de justice
Maurice Feschet, producteur de lavande dans la Drôme, dont les récoltes souffrent depuis longtemps du réchauffement climatique, a saisi la justice européenne.
Il veut contraindre l'Union Européenne à agir contre les émissions de gaz à effet de serre.
Cette plainte pour inaction climatique, déposée au mois de mai dernier, vient d'être jugée recevable, et sera examinée par la Cour de justice de l'Union Européenne.
