The Secretary of State for Housing recommends that everyone be in control of their spending during this period of energy crisis. But it is not easy when it comes to collective dwellings, which depend on a single heating system. As a result of the increase in the price of fuel oil, a low-income housing manager in Malakoff was given instructions to reduce heating a bit. He explains the manoeuvre in front of the camera, and specifies that the tenants did not even notice the temperature drop!
