In 1977, interviews with two employees of the Gervais Danone group employed at the company’s headquarters in Levallois-Perret on the advantages of flexible working hours introduced since 1972. The first employee is pregnant and can organize her time and medical appointments. The second, when his son goes on a summer holiday, can indulge his passion for horseback riding by arriving early in the morning and leaving early in the afternoon.
