BSN companies: first negotiations on reducing working time
Report in a factory of the BSN group near Reims where a 5th work team will be created. This is the first time in France that a company is trying to share working time to preserve jobs. Companies in the BSN group negotiate with the trade unions for the establishment of this additional team, which, if it allows employees to have more free time, causes them to lose financial advantages. The interviews of a representative of the CFDT, an elected representative of the CGT and Jean FERRAS, president of BSN Reims are punctuated by images of the factory.
