Invited to the Congress of UNAPEI (Union Nationale des Associations de Parents et Amis de Personnes Handicapées Mentales) in Tours, President Nicolas Sarkozy recalled the need to promote the integration of people with disabilities in the educational and professional environment. The president of the ADAPEI - Departmental Association of Parents and Friends of People with Mental Disabilities - of Indre-et-Loire, Lucien Cyprien, declared himself satisfied with the intervention of Nicolas Sarkozy.
