In a room of the National Assembly, Nicolas POINCARE talks with Noël MAMERE, deputy mayor of Bègles and president of the commission of inquiry on the maintenance of order in the demonstrations, about the weapons used by the police and the gendarmerie. Noël MAMERE recalls that their use can lead to dramatic situations, as was the case with the death of the environmental activist Rémi Fraisse on the site of the Sivens dam.
