Michèle André, Secretary of State for Women’s Rights, is the guest of Soir 3 about the case of Claudine. This 28-year-old woman revealed in the TF1 show "Médiations" that her father raped her several times as a child. The latter has attacked him in defamation by using the statute of limitations which occurs within ten years after the facts. Michèle André deplores this law which in this case transforms the victim into an accused and asked the guard of the seals Pierre Arpaillange to question the prescription which should, for this type of offence, intervene only 10 years after the majority of victims (not 10 years after the fact). She regrets the silence in front of these damning cases, still too hidden.
