Le Conseil des ministres vient d'adopter un projet de loi transformant le permis de conduire classique en "permis à points", destiné à modifier les mauvais comportements sur la route. Chaque permis serait doté d'un capital de 6 points imputables à chaque délit ou infraction. Ce changement de permis est prévu pour 1992.
