Interview du colonel de gendarmerie Dollo sur le rôle du gendarme, qui ne change pas, avec la mise en application de ce permis à points (il explique que c'est le tribunal qui procède au retrait des points, pas le gendarme), et réaction d'un automobiliste intercepté pour excès de vitesse qui si dit néanmoins pour ces nouvelles mesures.
