Contaminated Blood Case: Court of Appeal Announces General No-Matter

Report on the verdict on the tainted blood case given to the Paris Court of Appeal: the 30 doctors or senior officials, including Louis Schweitzer, current CEO of Renault, Jean Weber and Michel Garretta, have obtained a general dismissal. The justice system has just deprived the families of victims of a trial they have been waiting for for for 14 years. If Jean Louis NADAL the Attorney General does not refer the case to the Court of Cassation, it will be the end of the file of tainted blood, a file where the justice has found many responsible and judged very few guilty. Victims' reactions and archival images compose this report: interview of Me François MORETTE, lawyer of Michel Garretta: "It is for him the end of a hell set against him... This is good justice".
