On a training ground, referee Francis PALMADE explains to young players from Limoges the new rules concerning the holding of the ball. From now on, when a player is tackled to the ground, he must immediately release the ball or pass it. It is also forbidden to touch or lie down on players on the ground after release of the ball. It mimics prohibited gestures.
