Des associations de soutien à des personnes sans-papiers sont venues demander l'annulation de leur Obligations de quitter le territoire français dont le recours était examiné. Pour ces associations, cette procédure de la nouvelle loi SARKOZY empêche les personnes concernées de se défendre et devient juste un moyen de remplir les statistiques voulues par le gouvernement.
