Reportage consacré à une nouvelle forme de gestion d'entreprise, la méthode "agile". Cette méthode, née dans les années 90 à pour objectif d'aider les entreprises à répondre aux évolutions des marchés.
Retour sur cette méthode, expérimentées par des cadres d'entreprise lors d'un stage organisé par le Centre des jeunes dirigeants et rencontre avec des salariés de l'entreprise Arkadin à Montpellier. Interviewé, Pierre Minodier, président du Centre des Jeunes Dirigeants de Montpellier, évoque les points négatifs des organisations traditionnelles et ceux, positifs, d'une organisation "agile".
