The report presents a new cycling helmet tested by the CRITT of Poitiers, (the Regional Centre for Innovation and Technology Transfer Sport Loisirs). The laboratory performs resistance tests on prototypes. Designed by the company Overforing of Cissé, the helmet in expanded polystyrene, lined with foam for comfort, has an aeration system with a studied air circulation. The stress tests are filmed in the laboratory, the technician then presents the results. Secondly, Dominique BODIN, from Overforing, describes the new head support system: the ergo lock.
