Two years after the explosion of the AZF factory in Toulouse, reconstructions have advanced but a disaster is still waiting for its housing to be restored. Philippe DOUSTE BLAZY, the mayor of Toulouse, points out that all the communal buildings have been rebuilt and evokes what should make it possible to avoid this kind of disaster in the future and the device planned to help the victims who still need it.
