Kofi YAMGNANE has just been elected mayor of the small town of Saint-Coulitz, in Finistère. He is the first French mayor of African origin. The comment on images of the mayor in his commune alternates with his interview with that of a resident of Saint-Coulitz (in Breton not subtitled).
