Report on "Lycée plus", the exceptional program launched by the Regional Council of Ile-de-France to renovate or rebuild 50 high schools by 1998. The main priority is safety and 12 high schools must be treated urgently. To finance this plan, the region will launch a loan of 450 million francs and will use the METP procedure. In alternation, comment on images of demonstrations of high school students and dilapidated premises, and interview with Pierre-André Wiltzer, vice-president in charge of school affairs at the Regional Council
