Forty years ago, on February 8, 1962, the police harshly repressed an anti OAS demonstration at Charonne metro. Ten demonstrators were killed. A commemorative ceremony was organized today at the scene of the tragedy in the presence of the mayor of Paris, Bertrand Delanoë. The company Jolie Môme celebrated this anniversary by singing in the street the song of Charonne.
