After the storm passed, Paris lost a third of its trees. Françoise de PANAFIEU, deputy mayor of Paris in charge of parks and gardens, makes the observation and sends a message of caution to Parisians. In illustration, images of trees uprooted in the woods of Vincennes and in the cemetery of Père Lachaise.
