Chewing gum, which is thrown carelessly into the street, is embedded in the granite of the sidewalks of the Champs Elysées or in the esplanade of the Louvre pyramid. The problem of cleaning up this waste is solved thanks to the method used at Eurodisney, the high-pressure jet used twice a year but which is expensive for the City of Paris, as explained Rémi GUILLET, scientific and technical advisor.
