Action of the Fédération Française des Motards en Colère: The road code prohibits both wheels from circulating between the queues of cars in urban areas. The association tried to show that this regulation, if scrupulously respected, would hinder the flow of traffic in the city. The FFMC is calling for a change in the texts and is opposed to a policy considered too repressive in this area. The very strong development of the two-wheeler in an urban setting must be an opportunity for regulatory change according to them. 2/3 of motorists would not be opposed to this practice becoming the norm.
