The death of Jean Troisgros, famous restorer of Roanne

The inventor of the new French cuisine, Jean Troisgros died at the age of 57. More discreet than his brother Pierre, it was he who in 1950 took over from their father as saucier and sommelier in the famous family restaurant "Les Frères Troisgros". The journalist retraces in a few words his journey on images of the chef cutting a roti for a family lunch in the restaurant.
