Twenty Chinese students came to France to study French at the Faculty of Letters of Aix-en-Provence. After a visit of Paris and in particular the Eiffel Tower, they leave by train for Aix-en-Provence. In voiceover, a student speaking French explains that they received a scholarship from the French state to come to France as part of cultural exchanges between France and China. In China, children know French culture as well as the Paris Commune and the revolutionary song "L'internationale" written during the repression of the Paris Commune.
