Report on how the future Universal National Service (NSS) is perceived in the population, through the example of two of the pilot departments where volunteers will be recruited in March for a first experiment: in Puy-de-Dôme, a collection of mixed opinions from high school students, a visit to the former barracks of Orcines, which will receive the first volunteers, interviews with adults on a market, who consider the two weeks of immersion too short; in Pontoise, in the Val d'Oise, parents questioned in the street have mixed reactions, while teenagers questioned (masked faces) at the end of a high school seem ready to play the game.
