Mr. RENKEN, a member of the National Party, talks about the European electoral system "one man one voice" which is not applicable in South Africa. He explains that the country consists of 12 nations, it is a very vast and multiethnic country. He wants the vote to take place in each nation separately because the majority of voters in the country being black, the government would be overthrown and Mr RENKEN fears "racism" of blacks.
