Reporting during the Algerian War in the company of the commando Georges, composed in large majority of "Muslim" fighters, rallied to the French army. In the fields, which they know perfectly well, they discover caches of weapons or food. They are found on the morning of a night raid, during which, dressed in their clothes, described by the reporter as "an old felaga outfit", they seek information from the population.
