In Lyon a bus carrying handicapped children fell in the Rhone in the port Edourd Herriot because of the fog. 13 children died and their educator. On images of the exit of the Rhône bus, journalist Jean Paul Flory raises questions about the causes of this tragedy. Admittedly there is fog, but 2 years earlier a family had died in the same circumstances in the same place.
