Another twist in the investigation into the murder of 4-year-old Grégory VILLEMIN, tied up and thrown into a river in the Vosges, Vologne, on October 16. Bernard LAROCHE, the first cousin of the child’s father, who was arrested last week and then released, was charged today with the murder of the child. The investigating judge based himself on the graphological analyses of the letters claiming the murder of the raven (which the experts attribute to Bernard LAROCHE) and on the testimony of Muriel Bolle, the defendant’s sister-in-law. The 15-year-old had initially provided him with an alibi, but she reversed her initial statements. Images of the indictment, interviews with Bernard LAROCHE and Judge LAMBERT.
