After the Hiroshima disaster, Japan will soon want to turn the page, and the city will soon be rebuilt on the ruins to become a modern city of a million inhabitants. Some residents want to tell their story so as not to forget this tragedy. Chieko NOBUMASA collects testimonies to leave written traces. A survivor testifies in front of the TV for the first time: "for 60 years we live in peace in Japan. For people this is a normal situation, they forget the war. But it is a mistake to believe in peace". The peace memorial is a place where survivors and schoolchildren meet. However, the latter do not seem to find it of great interest, especially since Japan only briefly mentions its responsibilities in the war.
