Greenland’s sea ice in danger

Greenland’s sea ice in danger

Reportage in Greenland, where the ice is melting. This year, the thermometer rose to 25°C above 0. Eight years ago, for the same period, the blizzard was blowing and scientists were facing temperatures of -- 35°C. A range of 65 degrees that is of concern to researchers who have been observing the pack ice for more than 25 years. The commentary on images of glaciers and icebergs, synthetic images and aerial images is interspersed by interviews with Joel HARPER, glaciologist of the University of Montana, and Michael O'NEIL, researcher at the University of Colorado.
