Presentation of the French FR1 satellite: the first to allow scientific studies; it was carried out in the framework of a collaboration between the Centre National d'Etudes Spatiales (CNES) of Brétigny, the CNET, NASA and the Pretoria CNES station. Scientific explanations alternating images of installations, technicians and machines, maps and diagrams, scientific images in particular of the operation of the rocket "Diamond".
