Navigo Pass and financing of the Grand Paris Express
The STIF plans to increase the price of the Navigo pass by 3% per year until 2025, to finance the Greater Paris Express. But the government wants to increase VAT on public transport from 7% to 10%. Comment on images of train stations and public transport in Ile de France and interviews with users who are concerned about the increase in subscription prices.
