Les fraudes des voyageurs coûtent cher à la RATP, environ 100 millions d'euros chaque année, de l'argent en moins à réinvestir dans du matériel. Pourtant les fraudeurs ne représentent qu'une minorité des usagers. Micro-trottoir de voyageurs à propos des raisons de ces incivilités et interview de François Saglier, directeur du département services relations clients, espace RATP, qui constate qu'il y a beaucoup moins de fraudeurs aujourd'hui qu'il y a 15 ans : "... parce qu'on a amélioré notre stratégie de contrôle et on a une tarification sociale qui a aidé à faire baisser ce taux de fraude...".
