In less than 24 hours, spectators will invest the Citadel of Arras for the Main Square festival, which is now supported at the local level. This year, 2,000 people contribute to the success of this event, which will welcome 120,000 people over four days. The commentary on images of the preparations alternates with interviews with Armel CAMPAGNA, director of the festival, and Paul ENGALENC, production director of the festival.
