Inauguration of the National Library of France by François Mitterrand
Mr François MITTERRAND, President of the Republic, inaugurated this morning in Paris the new building of the National Library of France in the company of Mr Dominique PERRAULT, architect, Mr Jacques CHIRAC, Mayor of Paris, and of Messrs JUPPE, SEGUIN, LANG, TOUBON and JOSPIN, by the laying of a commemorative plaque and a visit to the building.
