The SNCF presented yesterday the Pendolino or pendulum train, of Italian design, on the line Paris-Limoges. A cost-effective solution for the railway company, it avoids, unlike the TGV, creating new lines. On this occasion, the CEO of the SNCF, Louis Gallois, had to face the anger of railway workers opposed to the reform of the company. Commentary on images filmed on board the pendolino running on the Paris-Limoges line, in a wagon transformed into a measuring laboratory, in the driving cab, and on infographics, alternating with interviews with François LACOTE, SNCF equipment manager, and Louis GALLOIS. On the platform of the station of Aubrais, Louis GALLOIS answers to a group of railway workers CGT who call on him on the cuts of jobs and positions.
