In early spring, the hens lay much more eggs than the rest of the year. To combat overproduction, the city of Montrottier, in Lyon, launched an egg hunt 31 years ago. More than 31,000 eggs are hidden each year to the delight of the residents. Interview of a Montrottois, Roger PROST, alias Johnny, very proud of the egg production of his city.
