HQ of Séguin and Pasqua after the victory of the "Yes" in the referendum on the Maastricht Treaty
Paris: Atmosphere at the headquarters of the "No Rally" on the evening of the referendum for the ratification of the Maastricht Treaty. All the "No" leaders, Charles PASQUA, Philippe DE VILLIERS, and Philippe SÉGUIN, smiling and happy despite the (barely) victory of the "Yes". They lost, of course, but, faced with such a score of "No", for many activists, it is nevertheless a "moral victory"... Comment on factual images, micro-sidewalk of happy activists and interview (in English) of Philippe SEGUIN.
