Abstention : quand tambour et tracts battent le rappel des électeurs
In the next regional and cantonal elections, abstention is feared. Ordinary citizens decided to take action to remind them of the need to fulfil their civic duty. At Petit-Quevilly in Seine-Maritime, a drum beats the recall on a market. In Bellegarde in the Ain, the printer Jean Gonnet, in refusal of the abstention, printed tracts "Call to Citizenship". Interviwé explains: "Democracy, through everything we see, is in crisis, today move your butts and go vote".
