In Russia, the Russian presidential elections are held in Moscow. For the first time Russians are invited to nominate the President of the Russian Federation by universal suffrage. Boris Yeltsin appears as the big favourite, ahead of his main rival the entrepreneur Nicolai Ryjkov. Images of the polling stations, interview with the astrologer Pavel Globa predicting the victory of Boris Yeltsin in the second round (translation off) and street talk with voters.
