A Paris, la Garde républicaine, à son siège du quartier des Célestins (4ème arrondissement), ouvre ses portes au public pour 48 heures. Fondée sous Napoléon 1er, elle reste aujourd'hui un corps prestigieux, avec ses 3 200 gardes et 500 chevaux, chargé, entre autres, de rendre les honneurs aux chefs d'Etat et aux visiteurs de marque. Interview du chef Grassaud (maréchal-ferrant de la Garde républicaine) et micro-trottoir de visiteurs.
